Q1: What services do Neat Freaks Tasmania provide?
A1: We offer exceptional, all-inclusive cleaning services to residential and commercial clients. We are based in Launceston, Tasmania.
Q2: Are invoices available?
A2: Yes, invoices are available. Neat Freaks will generally send invoices within 48hrs of service.
Q3: Do you have your own products or do you need to use mine?
A3: Nope! We're an all inclusive service and will bring all products and equipment required for the completion of any job. We can, however, use products of your preference if you provide them!
Q4. Are you insured? Got an ABN?
A4: Yes, and yes! Neat Freaks have full public liability insurance. Copies of our insurance can be provided on request.
Q5. Will you do X,Y,Z?
A5: A copy of our Can Do's can be found on our home page.
If you're after a job that isn't listed there, feel free to send us message! We love a challenge. Some special requests we have catered to include, adhering to septic safe cleaning practices, invoicing Plan Managers for NDIS/DVA/My Aged Care clients, and deceased estate cleaning.
Q6. Why are all the Neat Freaks more excited to see my pet/s than me?
A6: Well that's a no-brainer. Animals are wayyyyy better than people. Cuter, too.

Q7. What happens if I can't be at home/work during service?
A7: Neat Freaks often work onsite unattended. Clients can provide us with a spare key that will be kept safely by us, or leave a key in a safe spot for us and advise of the location - upon completion of service our team will lock up and return the key to the designated spot.
